Marine Marketing Management was founded on over twenty years of hands-on Customer Service experience within the Marine Leisure Industry.

I have worked specifically within the Customer Service aspect of Marine Leisure for all my working life. Through Procurement, After Sales and Product Support, I have seen the industry develop and evolve into what it is today. And with this knowledge I can see all that is good, and bad, from a customer's perspective.

With this insight I decided to establish MMM to assist the manufacturers, firstly to acknowledge the fundamental errors in Customer Support and then to offer advice on helping to achieve better overall Customer Satisfaction.

Studies show that customers who receive a negative response from any After Sales experience, be it in Spare Parts, Warranty Support or Technical Advice etc, will in the majority think twice about buying that product again. In an ever growing market, customer retention must be paramount on all manufacturers' minds, and I offer simple services which can make this happen.
